13 September is Firefighters' Day in Romania, and we marked it together with the children.
A firefighter is one of the few professions children admire without being taught to admire it. But the day is also a good occasion for the practical side: we talked about what to do if we smell smoke, why we do not hide under the bed or in the wardrobe when we are frightened, and why we leave the house without going back for our things.
