There are days when you receive a confirmation you cannot measure in any way, yet which weighs more than any metric.
On a birthday within our team we received a message that filled our hearts with emotion and joy. It showed us we had achieved what we set out to do: to give children opportunities to grow and to instil confidence and happiness in them. That is the aim we formulated at the very beginning and the one we actually check every day — not in results, but in the way the children come through the door in the morning.
We feel fortunate to be surrounded by a talented, dedicated team and by parents who place their trust in us day after day. Both are hard won and quickly lost. A parent who leaves their child in someone else's care for a few hours a day makes a choice that is anything but simple, and we treat it as such.
We will carry on with our shared mission: to build a better future for children, with patience and with care for the details. Together we can do remarkable things and turn many of their dreams into reality.
