On Children's Day we celebrated at PlusKids with a dreamcatcher workshop. It is a piece of work that demands more patience than it appears to: the threads have to be passed in order, tensioned just right and tied firmly, and if you hurry, the web comes out crooked. The children worked carefully, and at the end each of them went home with their own.
The choice of theme was not accidental. On Children's Day, a bought present is forgotten within a week; one made with your own hands stays hanging above the bed for months.
