At PlusKids we help children discover how much they are capable of and develop essential skills — and the third week of after school showed exactly that.
We build important competences through creative activities that stimulate their imagination and critical thinking. We consolidate what they learn at school: we help with homework and work together on educational projects that build their confidence.
The third week of school has a role of its own. The first passes in the excitement of seeing everyone again, the second in getting back into rhythm, and only now does it become clear where each child stands: what was forgotten over the summer, which ideas never quite settled last year, and who needs more support with writing, reading or arithmetic. It is the right moment for small interventions, made in time, before gaps turn into problems.
Whether it is games, exercises or interactive discussions, every moment spent here helps them move forward. And progress, at this age, does not come from spectacular effort but from the daily repetition of small things: one more line read fluently, one more exercise solved without help, one more day when the homework was finished before going home.
