At PlusKids we believe every child deserves to genuinely understand what they are learning, not just do their homework mechanically. That is why we come to their aid with an interactive approach adapted to each child's needs.
What do we do differently? First, we help them clear up misunderstandings and consolidate what they know, so that they feel confident. A child who finishes their homework without having understood the concept has solved nothing — they have merely postponed the problem until the next lesson that builds on it. The difference between "wrote it all down" and "got it" only shows two weeks later, when an exercise turns up where the model can no longer be copied.
Second, we turn learning into an experience that sparks curiosity and replace routine with methods that make children fond of the process. A curious child asks for further explanation; a bored one waits for the lesson to end. It is the simplest difference to measure and, over time, the most important.
Our team is more than a group of teachers: we are their travelling companions in the discovery of knowledge. We offer support, patience and encouragement, so that each child can reach their potential. More often than not, what is missing is not ability but the step lost along the way that nobody had time to go back over.
